Instructions for `Prophet2`

Hello @nnazo @MicahSchiewe !

I am currently working on a research paper with @tomas-cerny , and we need to run several static architecture reconstruction tools, including prophet2.

Currently, there are no replication/running instructions in this repo.
Since you worked on this tool in the past, could you provide some guidance on how to use it?
