Add windows2022 naming

When building a vsphere stemcell from a win2022 ISO, the stemcell is still named "windows2019" in the stemcell repository.

While the win2022 stemcell do work great for deploying releases, for clarity I propose we modify the stemcell naming to be "windows2022" to properly reflect support for this OS.
