Upgrade to using CC v3 endpoints #33
Description
pivotal-cf-experimental/rainmaker is used under the hood to communicate with the cloud controller. Under the hood, that library uses CC v2 endpoints. However, CC is the process of deprecating v2 endpoints.
Might be time to consider bumping to CC v3 endpoints.
