Add git-crypt ressource

The original concourse git-resource does support git-crypt, which is good because it's a great feature I am using a lot.

Unfortunately this resource does not.

At the moment one has to choose between being able to use git-crypt and being able to use multiple git branches.

It would be great if git-crypt support would be added.
