can filter nginx request_method like head?

hello, I just a OP ，and I use this progame to gather nginx's accesslog, recently, I find many heart check link, like head /index.php , these link have sended to the elasticserach (our syslog server), and cause disk use too many cost ， Could you tell me how can I filter the head request ？ Thanks
