Unlock PDF option

Hi! I open this issue because of I don't find the unlock pdf option from the Command Line Interface. So I don't know if it's because of is not implemented yet or the syntax it's not described on the documentation.

Specifically, the option that I refer is this:
https://cloudconvert.com/unlock-pdf
Or the API version of it:
https://cloudconvert.com/api/unlock/pdf-to-pdf

Can anyone help me with this issue?

The unlock feature is currently not supported by the CLI.
PRs are welcome.
