Site does not open on 32000

I have done the installation on GKE using https://github.com/cloud-ark/kubeplus/blob/master/examples/moodle-presslabs-stash/steps.txt.
I tried using http://moodle1:32000/ . It seems 32000 port is not opening. Port 80 opens with some error. Can you please help
