This plugin is almost perfect for my use case, but our OSTicket has multiple departments in it.
My current situation is that, if a ticket that came into the IT Department and it gets transfered over to another department, it's topic remains the same. (Could be said that it's partialy fault of the users, but actually no one looks at that portion of the page)
With the current settings/config, if I were to have it filter out the tickets by Help Topic, the change would affect the other department, and not our own.
It is possible to have it filter by Departments instead of Help Topics, or if it's easier, to add an aditional filter instead.
