Draft: Reimplement this bot #27
Description
This bot should no longer post everyday news to the channel. Instead, it will only send weekly news based on another instance.
The weekly news bot will be implemented when I have time. It will be based on Ollama and gpt-oss-20b (or another LLM) to organize the weekly news.
This bot should be rewritten and reimplemented, as it is deprecated and no longer functional.
