Tests should boot a fresh Grimoire instance #27

Maybe this is a case for moving lib-grimoire into the main Grimoire repo and doing the monorepode thing. A trend visible in the last several development cycles of Grimoire is that I'll make changes and get both lib-grimoire and grimoire itself where I want them IN MY REPL but the source tree won't quite be lined up. Then I'll commit the source tree as it exists, deploy a new lib-grimoire artifact and push Grimoire to production only to discover that something doesn't work quite right.
The solution to this problem is to have lib-grimoire run its integration tests against a fresh, purpose booted instance of Grimoire. This may or may not really be achievable without integrating the two repos, but we shall see.
