I mean, currently the settings in TypoScript setup are interchanged:

plugin.tx_cscdn {
	[...]
	settings {
		filters {
			1 {
				replace = fileadmin/_processed_
				to = /absoluteReferencePrefix/fileadmin/_processed_
				cdn = 1
			}
			2 {
				replace = fileadmin/user_upload
				to = /absoluteReferencePrefix/fileadmin/user_upload
				cdn = 1
			}
		}
	}
}
