qemu-lite 2.7.1 from clear containers is 2.7.0

When we tagged https://github.com/01org/qemu-lite/tree/qemu-2.7-lite back in march 3, we were using 2.7.0 + @anthonyzxu patches.

From that time we were always packaging qemu-lite as 2.7.1 when in reality it was 2.7.0 + patches. This causes a version mismatch when we build qemu-lite and ask for version.

One option is to repackage qemu-lite-2.7.1 as 2.7.0 but that would give us issues when people with qemu-lite already installed try to upgrade. because 2.7.0 < 2.7.1
