Mark FIN-CLARIN metadata as such

It seems I never requested this formally:

It would be nice if FIN-CLARIN metadata could be marked as such, now it is marked as "CLARIN Centres".

Eg.:

Desired outcome: Metadata Provider: FIN-CLARIN

The reason is obviously that OAI-PMH endpoint (CLARINO) != Metadata Provider (FIN-CLARIN).

One way is to look for setSpec in the OAI-PMH envelope:
FIN-CLARIN
The other would be to assume urn:nbn:fi:lb selflinks to be an indicator of FIN-CLARIN being the origin (since we control the name space)

Thanks, Martin, for documenting this. I will add to that, also for the purpose of documentation, that this mainly depends on the availability of the new OAI-PMH harvester.
