enable calling the Switchboard for resources

After sniffing it should be possible to call the LR switchboard with the resource PID (actually this can also be just a link, not necessarily a PID) as URL parameter

Example: send the PDF https://www.clarin.eu/sites/default/files/CLARIN_Annual-Report-2023.pdf as linked from https://doi.org/10.34733/vc-1130 to the switchboard

Tested with https://alpha-dog.clarin.eu and indeed the processing of a PDF from a virtual collection now works as expected
