Feudal Rulers with Animal Kingdom cultures can't get any retinues. #306
Description
CK2 Plus disabling the generic retinues and the vanilla cultural retinues means that any Animal Kingdom Cultures (Cat, Dog, Dragon, ...) do not get to use retinues at all, either add back generic retinues (maybe just for the animal cultures) of some kind or add retinues for all cultures that currently don't have any not beeing able to use retinues severly hurts the gameplay experince when playing in a random world with animal kingdoms.
Another option is to just keep the vanilla animal kingdom culture retinues enabled.
