Additional Rerandomization Methods that Could be Implemented

Would only require defining additional jax-powered vectorized functions of the following threshold functions. Similar to VectorizedFastHotel2T2 in FRR_Initialize_Jax

Ridge Rerandomization
PCA Rerandomization
Euclidean Rerandomization

Thjese are all special cases of Quadratic Form Rerandomization. A higher order function could potentially be implemented.

Goal: Become the standard package for rerandomization.
