I include the boot log of MS-R1 so you can see the result of the new patches.
There are some new errors, and some old pre-existing errors. Most I suspect are still BIOS related.
I found that the card id of the connected display was different with the kernel built with the new patches, initially it caused the system not to boot to a graphical desktop, once I realized the cause of the error I fixed the script and service that was setting up X11.
Anyway for your reference please see the boot-log below, thank you.
PCIe now seems to fully work and not reach allocation issues :-)
