Redirect Sourceforge website to Github Pages website

We currently have an entire generated website for the project at DDD Sample Application - Introduction using files located in src/site/. Redirect sourceforge page to GH Pages page. Add description of project.

(Not exactly an issue for the GitHub project, but adding it anyway for tracking)
