Version Information and Symbol Lookup

After following the instructions for compilation and installation (with the fix to os-fence.h include), the fib example compiles, but the dynamic loading fails:

./fibcilk: /opt/cilk/lib/libcilkrts.so.5: no version information available (required by ./fibcilk)
./fibcilk: /opt/cilk/lib/libcilkrts.so.5: no version information available (required by ./fibcilk)
./fibcilk: symbol lookup error: /opt/cilk/lib/libcilkrts.so.5: undefined symbol: __cilkrts_xchg

Compiled with gcc 5.1.
