Broken images on android 9

it run perfectly on android 5 into 8, but on android 9 the images just broken (undefined)

I did the test on android 9, and it worked with image coming from firebase storage.
But not from "http://www.qsconference.com/img/team/placeholder.png"

I have https site, still facing broken image cache issue in android 8.
Actually this is happening when images were being downloaded and we close the app. broken images are being cached.
