Offer to Take Over Maintenance of pyarpes #31

Hi,
Thank you for your work on pyarpes. This project has been very helpful for ARPES data analysis.
As the project hasn't been updated in a long time, I have created a maintained fork at the link below and would like to continue its development.

Originally, I forked the project just for my own data analysis. However, I’ve been receiving a number of questions and requests on my fork, and that made me realize it would be better to maintain it properly and make it more accessible for the community.
I’d be happy to contribute improvements back to the original repository or, if you're no longer maintaining this project, I’d be glad to take over the maintenance of the PyPI package, so that the community can continue benefiting from it.
