CustomerDeletedContent type declares wrong property

I believe CustomerDeletedContent type does not declare the properties correctly. There is subscriptions in the incoming webhooks body while the type declares subscription (note singular) property. We therefore cannot rely on the types.

Hi @scr4bble, this typing is valid. The customer_deleted event payload does include the subscription object. You can verify this in the test environment by creating a customer, adding a subscription to that customer, and then deleting the customer. Once deleted, navigate to Left nav → Logs → Events → Recently deleted customer_deleted event → JSON Content → v1/v2. You should be able to see the subscription field in the payload.

Hi @cb-alish, I believe you are wrong and the typing is not valid. I set up webhooks into a logging site and I received subscriptions array, not a subscription object.
I would not file this issue otherwise.
Please check this again.

I have just checked the logs in Chargebee UI as you suggested and I see the same issue. Please take this report seriously, I would not report the issue without testing it properly.

Hi @scr4bble, really sorry for the confusion — I misread it earlier. You’re right, the types are incorrect. The type should be an array of subscriptions, not a single subscription object. This is an issue on our end, and we’ll fix it and keep you updated.
