mac bundle identifier #121

the mac bundle identifier of pullover.app changed from

"de.chris-labs.pullover" in any version before 1.3.0 to
"de.chris-labs.pullover.sample" in version 1.3.0

doesn't look intentional and will e.g. cause inability to load older prefs
