Not seen when downloading 1.3.5 from GitHub or Modrinth.

Ok, strange the same jar downloaded from 2 other locations doesn't cause any issues with the scan, but repeated attempts from spigotmc continue to be blocked.

I can assure you that all versions are the same, regardless of where they were downloaded from. The only difference is a txt file indicating their origin (spigot/github/modrinth).
