Fix: My project folder was named Enterprise%20Salesforce (automatically when cloned), renamed to EnterpriseSalesforce

Actually I think you are right this is a bug.

It's likely that when we create the WebviewPanel we are not setting the localResourceRoots correctly.

Most probably we are not using asWebviewUri so spaces in the string are not encode when included in the resource root.
It then appears as if there is no perms to read the file.

In glad you have a workaround.
I will reopen it then confirm this is the issue and fix for the next major.

I tested what I thought was the issue (space in path) and I can't reproduce.
Could you test with latest vscode if you don't have it already?
If you have steps to reproduce that would be great, otherwise I will close.
