Issues running on the cluster

Hi, I'm trying to run this pipeline on the cluster after changing the input as suggested in the readme page but run into error as following:
Process get_datasets (scrna) terminated with an error exit status (126).
Have you tried to submit through cluster and what are the changes on the code you have been made towards that?

I am also unable to get past this first step and get a similar error just running locally on a linux machine. I am just trying to read in a small test .rds, but can't seem to get the script to find the file. Any help would be much appreciated. Let me know if I can provide any more information or if you can give more detail to you instructions.
