Update TIG Standard Test Suite

Feature Description

We need to:

• update the test suite script to also do TIG validation(s) for each use case with published rules
• need list of TIG rules with good standard coverage
• dirty and clean test data for said rules

We need somebody to create test data. Still waiting for start date year 3

Ultimately, we will need to make a small test suite to ensure that metadata is extracted correctly from libary for TIG and other TIG-specific items are done correctly, like use case.
For full rule coverage, we will use the CDISC open rules.
For more extensive use case testing, we will use unit tests.
