Error while installing dependencies

I'm trying to install the CDISC Rules Engine, however it keeps failing while installing dependencies. Windows 11, Python 3.14. Does anyone have an idea? Here's the terminal input and output:

Hi @JoepAtBreen -- CORE is currently on python 3.12. Your logs show that pandas==2.1.4 doesn't support Python 3.14.
you could use a tool like pyenv or conda to manage multiple version on your system but you will need 3.12 to run CORE.
https://pypi.org/project/pyenv-win/
once installed, you can then install a 3.12 flavor, use it locally in the console, then install the venv with that version
