Access Token contains the wrong name after a name change

Bug

After a recent (< 2 months, > 1 week) character name change, the access token (JSON Web Token) contains the old character name.

Reproduction Steps

Obtain an access token for the character 94378442 from https://login.eveonline.com/v2/oauth/token using the OAuth 2.0 flow for web based Applications.

Actual Behaviour

The token contains the old name.

Expected Behaviour

The token contains the current name.
