[Serenity] SSO auth URL length limited

Reproduction Steps

1. go https://esi.evepc.163.com/ui/ and authorize with ALL SCOPES.
2. login with your Serenity EVE account and try authorize

Actual Behaviour

got https://login.evepc.163.com/v2/oauth/authorize with HTTP 500 {"Message":"An error has occurred."}

Expected Behaviour

you can return to ESI UI with your authorize

More research found that the total length of the URL is limited to 500(or 512?),
you can try
