reports ignoring coded files

I was working on this data and I just finished doing the coding or a specific case. After coding 12 diferent files, I'm trying to create a report with a matrix with codes by file. The issue is that for some reason the report just ignores most of the coded files and considers only 4 of them. All of the files being ignored have codes from the category I selected and features like the "code count by case/file" work just as intended, so I have no idea on what's wrong.

Hello, there was a problem with this in some earlier versions of QualCoder. I can't remember when the fix was put in place, But I think around version 3.7 and newer this was fixed.
It was due to long code names being truncated.
Can you let me know which version of QualCoer youare using. If it is a newer version (3.7 or newer) I might need to see the project (or a trimmed or faux version) if you allow it, to see where the problem is being caused. (p.s. can use my email ccbogel@hotmail.com)

I was using the 3.7.3, I believe. After posting I ended up downloading the newer version to see if it fixes the issue, but didn't get to actually test it
