Different between libraries

Please tell me this library is different from the library https://github.com/cbm80amiga/Arduino_ST7735_STM?
The one that is intended for microcontrollers is weaker than stm32 and therefore you made the work with SPI a little more curtailed in it?
Or is this library Arduino_ST7789_Fast really fast and will work on stm32?
I am trying to get your libraries to work on the new arduino core for stm32.
