expand backup/restore functionality #8
Description
In order to keep configuration data in a config management solution, it would be helpful to be able to backup and restore feeds and watchlists as a separate backup/restore.
As part of this backup/restore, adding flags or the ability to enable and disable specific feeds or watchlists would help further some of this automation.
