feat: Save palette toggle state in URL

I think it would be a nice quality of live improvement if the toggle state for the color palettes would be saved in the URL via search params.

Use case

When designing a UI while using catppuccin colors I like to open the color palette at the side for reference.
However I am often just interested in the mocha colors and close everything else.

Saving the close / open state inside the URL would allow me to bookmark the page with only the mocha flavor open.

Additionally it would allow to link to a specific flavor by closing all others and then sharing the link.
