Software License declaration

There's no licensing for this software that I can see at the moment, and therefore other cloud vendors cannot reuse this to do their own comparisons.
Would you consider granting an explicit free software license on this, like GPLv3 ?

I need to double check, but I believe that we can (and should) easily throw this under GPLv3. I think it was just something overlooked when throwing it up on github.

Because if you fork it, I would be very curious how you adapt the code. :)

Actually, I was more concerned to see Catalyst publish code with a suitable license than I was in wanting to adapt or re-use the code myself :-)
