Refactor

Some parts of the code are a right mess at the moment - most importantly, `Makefile` is huge and has a lot of repeated code, and I could probably merge `p_blf_ctx` and `pd_blf_ctx` into a single data type if I use some compilation variables or switch to pointers (the latter might affect performance though).
