Improving Documentation episodes

Hi,

I created this issue to group together all issues regarding the Documentation episodes. This would include:

• Episode 5
  • add exercise on types of documentation #42
• Episode 7
  • add example sites to list illstrative examples for sphinx #13
  • add tutorial of sphinx quicksetup  #14
  • Add RST overview #15
  • add tutorial and exercise on addingn pages to sphinx #16
  • add tutorial on adding API  #17
• Episode 8
  • questions to discuss/explore sphinx gallery #12

I plan to start working on Episode 5 and then tackle these five issues in Episode 7 (can possibly push them to #76).
