Collaborator reports #78
Description
We need to be able to run individual collaborator reports (see https://github.com/caltechlibrary/collaborator_reports) from COLD reports system. A means of selecting the person and retrieving the person identifier needs to be in place when this type of report is requested. The implementation should allow for other types of reports with parameters to be easily implemented in the future. Tom likes the select choices in the the build widget.
Review the report request object structure, identify how to determine which reports need parameters and how to make them easily selectable without allot of custom coding in the UI.
