"App has stopped" error when app not in background

the app has stopped working while notification comes when app not in background
Error :
undefined is not a function (evaluating 'handler(new PushNotificationIOS(notifData))')

This is occur after switching react-native-push-notification to react-native-push-notification-ce in order to solve android oreo notifications.
