Add more info commands

For team members who use invoke-kubesae but are not really conversant with the Kubernetes API, it would be nice to have some informational tasks available that describe the current state of resources in a namespace.

For a start:

• task that displays the image tag running in an app
• task that displays the Node conditions for the cluster
• task that displays Pod conditions in a namespace
