how to callback the admin apps Home/index page

if the store person is click the already installed apps but the apps is not responding  any page .
simply display eg. https://storename.shopify.com/admin/apps/ShopifyApiKey

so, please give me a suggestion how to redirecting the Home/Index page in Asp.net MVC.
after all installation and auth process completed and working on Main page
