Cost today and Standing Charge input #90

Hi, Thank you for this most useful addition to HA. Just a couple of thoughts based on a UK metering system that is interfaced via MQTT to HA and provides both per unit rates and standing charge as sensor inputs along with the regulay import/export data.

As you suggest in your documentation I would like to use the calibration offset as a daily standing charge addition which works fine. However it is a manually applied value, my supplier sends via the smart meter the actual values of per unit cost and daily standing charge so both of these values are available to me as sensors within HA.

What I would like to be able to do in the calibration field is to add a sensor as the calibration value in a similar manner to other input fields rather than use a typed in value. This would then mean that should my supplier change the standing charge it would automatically be applied.

As an addition it would be nice to have a capability to produce a daily cost sensor in currency units that takes the input energy and converts it to a current cost today value by applying the per unit rate sensor value along with the daily standing charge sensor. (Edit: Sry I see this is already there, I missed the switch!)

My apologies if I have missed something and it is already 'doable' and thanks again for taking the tine to make the utility metering in HA more complete. Rgds Clive
