Any reported issues with audio capture boards?

Just got my first client whom has had their RGB2HDMI setup I sold them for a few months now without issue. Suddenly today, the audio stopped working on their console but picture was good. They tried another lumacode system they have and no audio from it either. So it seems the audio board has gone bad in their RGB2HDMI setup.

is this common? I've also started to notice quick 1 sec audio drops on my own personal RGB2HDMI with the audio capture board installed but thought it was due to the long HDMI cable I use in the lab. Now I'm not so sure?

I did not receive other reports of a failing audio board yet. So this seems pretty reliable overall. Maybe the fault is not even in the board itself, but in the Raspberry Pi. If your customer has a second Raspberry Pi handy, this should be checked. I can not say anything about audio drops. The current developer of the RGBtoHDMI software and the audio board will know more on this topic.
