My drone looked kind of the same, but I don't habe it anymore. The video script should be working, the control script is not ready.

How did you figure out what packets to send to the drone?
I played around with it a bit and I think it's encrypted but I'm not sure

I used Wireshark to get the udp traffic. In my case, the trafdic was not encrypted, only in hex as you can see in the code.

I went over the code and I saw, that I used an absolute path for the cascade filters. That's obviously bs, so if you want to use the code, you should change that.
So since I don't have the drone anymore, I cannot give you more in depth advice, sorry.

I need to play with it more I guess to get it working on my side

This repo is literally the only guide I found on programming the E88 drone so thanks for making the repo public!

I got the video stream almost working. its streaming video but the frames are very broken and incomplete. need to stable it.
was your video feed clear like when using the app?

In the app the stream was better, but in my case the stream was good enough to work with it.

I don't know if you can help me here but no matter what I do I'm getting this error: "Corrupt JPEG data: premature end of data segment"
but the image is still showing with very low quality (adding
a sample for you to see).
any suggestions?
maybe they're combining a few frames into one to create a complete image or does this not make any sense?
