Enhance subtitle 'button'

Specifically make the subtitle button behave like a normal button. Clicking it once brings up the menu, and clicking it again should hide the menu. Also I don't like how the menu disappears if the mouse moves off of it in the desktop environment (although this is a mobile skin).
