Add logins in a different tab on navbar

Login buttons not there in mobile UI in the header, adding a tab in the navbar would be ideal

Time to bring back the Authentication sub-header.

Also, need to check where to place the Login with discord button on the dash-screen, if the headings bar is not visible on mobile-view
