[Bug]: Import contacts doesn't take quoted printable fields into account

Description

After import of a Google Contacts .vcf exported file, a lot of fields show values like =41=42=43.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a contacts.vcf with fields encoded as quoted printable. (e.g. export some Google Contacts with special characters in some fields.
2. Import it to Bulwark

Expected Behavior

Bulwark shoud decode fields using ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE

Actual Behavior

Fields were not decoded from quoted printable to human readable text, instead the encoded text is shown.
