[BUG] getting started documentation should be changed to `# pot create -p mypot -t single -b 14.0`

Is currently # pot create -p mypot -t single -b 12.1 which does't work anymore, reporting "###> 12.1 is not a valid release"

-b -list could make suggestions, if it were added (feature suggestion)
