Downsize images to speed up website loading

There are some pictures that are very heavy (>3MB) for no reason, since we only show thumbnails and very small pictures on the website.

We should go through all pictures and downsize to at least 1080p everythin, but even less (if still looking nice).

This is because I notice slow loading time, especially from mobile and especially for the project page.
