docs: refresh README hero screenshots from live HF with triplet caption

Live EN + RU captures from https://liovina-nl-sql.hf.space at 1440x900
showing the corrected-gold caption (80.5% / 67.34% Arcwise / +6 catches)
inside the BIRD metric block. Replaces the local Streamlit captures from
the morning that pre-date the corrected-gold sprint.

Source remains 'real product, not mockup' (memory feedback_real_product_
over_mockup). RU variant added as a sibling to ui-live-en.png.
